Nathan heads the firm’s litigation department and assists clients with commercial litigation and regulatory matters. He has made appearances and advocated before the Saskatchewan Provincial Court, BC Provincial Court, Manitoba Provincial Court, British Columbia Supreme Court, British Columbia Court of Appeal and various administrative tribunals including the Mental Health Review Board.
