Tara is our Managing Paralegal. She has over 15 years of experience working in various legal fields but her passion has always been business law and practice management. Using her significant knowledge and expertise, she ensures smooth daily operation of the firm. She also assists our lawyers with corporate and commercial transactions, including incorporations, reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Pudds.
